Boba Truck Catering in Vernon Hills, IL
Vernon Hills is a Lake County village of about 26,000 along the Milwaukee Avenue (Route 21) corridor, roughly 30 miles north of downtown Chicago. It’s one of the north suburbs’ busiest commercial hubs — home to CDW’s corporate headquarters, the redeveloped Hawthorn Mall, and the Mellody Farm shopping district — with a full calendar of park-district and community events. Hello Boba Truck is built for exactly this kind of market. Whether you’re planning a corporate event along the Lakeview Parkway business corridor, a school fundraiser for Hawthorn District 73, or a booth at the Vernon Hills Summer Celebration, we bring premium bubble tea catering directly to your event with a professional crew and zero hidden costs.
Boba Catering Services We Bring to Vernon Hills
We offer two service formats tailored to the type of event and venue — outdoor or indoor, small gathering or large crowd.
Mobile Boba Truck — Outdoor Festivals & Corporate Campuses
Our mobile boba truck drives directly to your location and sets up fast. A professional barista crew builds every drink to order on-site — shaking, blending, and topping each cup in real time. Guests choose from classic milk teas, refreshing fruit teas, and smooth matcha lattes, all made with real ingredients and premium tapioca pearls.
The truck is made for Vernon Hills’ outdoor season: the Vernon Hills Summer Celebration at Century Park, park-district concerts and movie nights, corporate campus appreciation days, and community events across town. Wherever the crowd gathers in Vernon Hills, Hello Boba Truck belongs there.
Indoor Boba Bar — Offices, Banquet Halls & Private Venues
For indoor events, our boba bar sets up cleanly and compactly in any space — a corporate conference room, banquet hall, country club, or event venue. Two baristas staff the station for the full event, keeping lines moving and every drink made to order. We bring everything: equipment, premium ingredients, branded cups, and napkins. You provide the space.
Vernon Hills has excellent indoor venue options — from the historic Cuneo Mansion and Gardens and White Deer Run Golf Club to corporate offices along Milwaukee Avenue and the Sullivan Community Center — all of which work perfectly with our boba bar format.
Corporate Event Catering in Vernon Hills
Vernon Hills is one of Lake County’s strongest business hubs — anchored by CDW’s corporate headquarters on Milwaukee Avenue and lined with office campuses along Lakeview Parkway, Corporate Woods, and the Route 60 corridor. Tech firms, retailers, and professional-services offices fill the business parks, drawing staff and clients from across the north and northwest suburbs.
Hello Boba Truck turns a standard company event into something people actually look forward to. Every drink is made to order, guests personalize their cup with flavor and topping choices, and our custom digital display keeps your company branding visible throughout the service. It works for team appreciation days, office holiday parties, client events, and product launches alike — see our full corporate bubble tea catering options for details.
Indoor boba bar pricing: $8.95 per drink, $500 setup fee covering two baristas, all equipment, and full setup and breakdown. No gratuity, no travel fees, no surprises on the invoice.
School Fundraisers for Hawthorn District 73 & District 128
Hawthorn School District 73 serves thousands of Vernon Hills students across its elementary and middle schools, and Vernon Hills High School anchors Community High School District 128. Nearby, nationally ranked Adlai E. Stevenson High School (District 125) draws students from the Vernon Hills area as well. Between them, PTAs and booster clubs run fundraisers all year — and they’re always looking for ideas that generate real excitement, not just another catalog sale.
Our school fundraiser program is built to be effortless: Hello Boba Truck comes to your school, serves drinks during lunch, after school, or at a dedicated event, and donates a percentage of gross sales back to your organization. No upfront cost, no minimum order, no complicated logistics. Students start talking about it days ahead, and parents share photos in school group chats and on social media. It drives turnout on its own.
We’re WBE and MBE certified, which can matter for districts with diversity supplier commitments. Spring fundraiser slots fill up fast — reach out early to get your school on the calendar before dates are gone.
Boba Truck at Vernon Hills Festivals & Community Events
Vernon Hills packs a lot of community life into its calendar. The Vernon Hills Summer Celebration takes over Century Park each summer with a carnival, live music, food, and fireworks that draw crowds from across Lake County. The Vernon Hills Park District runs concerts, outdoor movie nights, and seasonal festivals throughout the year, and the redeveloped Hawthorn Mall and Mellody Farm host regular community events and pop-ups. Keep up with what’s happening on the Village of Vernon Hills events calendar.
For park programming — summer concerts, recreation events, seasonal festivals, and venue rentals — the Vernon Hills Park District is the most comprehensive resource for organizers and vendor coordinators. If you’re an event organizer, festival committee member, or vendor coordinator in Vernon Hills, we’d love to talk about adding Hello Boba Truck to your lineup. We work directly with event leads on placement, expected volume, and the right service format for your crowd size.
